Making payments has never been this easy! Thanks to Seiretsu’ new Online Customer Portal!

To pay online, Click here, Your username is: <<Username>>. You can assign your own password by clicking on "Forgot Password", then enter your assigned username. Go to your email and click on the link to create a new secure password.

Use the username and password to login to the portal.

Before making a payment, you can:

View Bill by going to “Check My Statements”
Add Credit Card info by going to “Update My Contact Details” > “Payment Information”.
On the same page, you can set your card on Automatic Payment which runs every 28th day of the month. Simply click on “Disabled” to enable the autopay.

Now, to make a payment, go to "Pay My Bill", enter your credit card details (if no credit card is saved), set the payment amount, then click “Post Payment”
